How long will my order take?
We ship most orders in a few days! Some orders do take longer to produce, if we can’t meet a 2 to 5 day window we will reach out if we need to make changes in order to get your order to you on time.
Production time is usually 2 to 5 days. You can also e-mail us using the contact us form if you have any questions on production time.
Delivery time is: Production Time + USPS Shipping Time
How much will shipping cost?
We offer USPS shipping based on the items weight and dimensions. The shipping calculator in the cart will use current USPS rates based on your shopping cart items.
To find out how much shipping will cost, add your items to your cart, personalize them, and use the “Shipping Calculator” which will estimate your shipping cost before checkout.

Do You Do Gift Orders?
We can ship your orders directly to the gift recipients. We will not include any prices, only a packing slip that says who bought it, the address it was shipped to and our return address. Special gift message? Include your gift message in the Special Instructions when placing your order and we will include it on packing slip. By default, no invoices or prices are included with orders.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our items and your satisfaction. Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to our error will be replaced or rectified at no additional cost. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Zeorm or after 30 days..
What is your Production Time?
Production time varies depending on the item you order and the quantity you order.
Large orders may take a little longer depending on stock availability and the need for a digital mockup.
If you must have something by a certain deadline, please email us and confirm we can meet your deadline.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier who is delivering your merchandise.
